DETAIL DESCRIPTION
MXM art directors are expected to collaborate in a team environment to help develop and execute a wide variety creative CRM solutions for multiple Chrysler divisions.
Essential Job Functions
-Creates deliverables ranging from elaborately folded direct mail elements including, (but not limited to) printed brochures, posters, stickers, postcards, etc. to a wide variety of digital elements ranging from emails and enewsletters to banner ads, facebook tabs, microsites and more.
-Coordinates design, layout and production of projects from creative brief to completion.
-Collaborates with print production and asset manager regarding design file, photo preparation, stock photography, color correction, scanning and retouching.
-Collaborates with copywriters, creative directors, account teams, clients and vendors on all creative deliverables.
Job Requirements: Minimum Qualifications:
All must be met to be considered.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent training and/or experience.
Experience:
At least five years of professional design experience. Automotive CRM is preferred, but not mandatory.
Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong layout skills including color sense, typography and ability to suit solution to objective.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to learn and take direction.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
Ability to take ownership of projects as well as collaborate with other team members.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Web design knowledge preferred.
Understanding of CRM disciplines preferred.
