Requirements
3+ years for front-end web development
Fundamental knowledge of front-end web development
Proficiency with HTML/CSS/Javascript, including experience with using common JS libraries/frameworks and DHTML/AJAX.
Experience with template systems such as Django Templates or Smarty
Knowledge of common solutions to cross-browser issues
Proficiency with Flash, ActionScript 2/3, and Flex
Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
Experience with version control and issue tracking systems (e.g. SVN + Trac)
Knowledge of back-end web development (server-side scripting and database)
