The Storm is a large textile tapestry, completely hand-sewn with silk, satin, sued, and upholstery fabric. It is embellished with silver wire, gemstones, and beads. I especially enjoy the colors in this piece and how the textures and embellishments create a sense of space, giving it more of a 3D appearance.
